This slow-paced beginner class benefits anyone, new or experienced, who wants to move more, have more flexibility, and release muscle tension.

This class introduces a variety of postures and incorporates principals of breathing and alignment. Some postures will use props (blocks, bolsters) to help achieve deeper stretches while supporting the body.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a mat if you have one, otherwise equipment is provided.

The class is led by Nikki Watkins, a RYT 500 certified yoga instructor and Ayurveda Health Adviser. She is passionate about sharing and talking all things Yoga with people!
