Yoga Basics: November Series – Tuesdays @ 6pm
Looking for a class that introduces you to foundational yoga postures in a comfortable and easy way? Then Yoga Basics is the perfect starting point for you!
This special series will incorporate postures from a variety of types of yoga throughout the sessions, including elements of: Hatha, Restorative; Slow-Flow, and others.
If you’ve been thinking about getting into yoga and been unsure where to start, are looking to re-start your practice, or a practiced yogi looking for a good stretch – everyone will find something for them at this fun series led by Michael Curtis.
Classes run every Tuesday in November: 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
